Getting started is easy! Sign up for a free 14-day trial, connect your media storage, and Flomenco will automatically begin discovering and analyzing your content. Our onboarding wizard will guide you through the initial setup.
Our support team is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM EST. We typically respond to all inquiries within 1-2 business days. For urgent issues, please include "URGENT" in your subject line.
To reset your password, go to the login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter your email address, and we'll send you a link to create a new password. The link expires after 24 hours for security purposes.
